SIGNALSOFT Nederland respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit shop5.signalsoft.nl or order from us, why we do so and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n

2. Which data do we process and why?<\/h2>\n

Orders<\/h3>\n

When you place an order, we process your name, e-mail address, country, optionally your company name and VAT number, the products ordered, the order number, the payment status and the registration codes belonging to your purchase. We need this data to perform the contract: handling your order, delivering the download and issuing your invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). As we only sell downloads, we do not<\/strong> ask for your address or phone number.<\/p>\n

Account<\/h3>\n

If you create an account, we also store your login details (your password is stored encrypted), so you can find your orders and downloads again (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). An account is optional.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/h3>\n

Payments are handled by our payment service provider or by bank transfer. We do not receive full payment details, only the payment status and, for a bank transfer, the payer’s name and account number (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Contact<\/h3>\n

If you e-mail us or use the contact form, we use your name, e-mail address and message to answer your question (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages sent via the form are delivered by e-mail and not stored on the website.<\/p>\n

Technical data<\/h3>\n

For security reasons our server temporarily logs technical data such as your IP address (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cookie consents are recorded with a random ID, your choice and the time, without an IP address (Art. 7(1) GDPR).<\/p>\n

3. No tracking and no profiling<\/h2>\n

We do not use advertising or tracking services, social media plugins or external fonts. We do not create profiles or take automated decisions. YouTube videos are only loaded after you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), via the more privacy-friendly domain youtube-nocookie.com. See our cookie policy<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n

4. With whom do we share data?<\/h2>\n
